| Acceptance Notification

ICIG 2025论文录用结果已发布，请按照以下要求完成后续工作以确保论文被收录至会议论文集。此外，最终报告形式（口头/海报）将后续通知。

The review results for ICIG 2025 are now available. Please carefully follow the steps below to ensure the inclusion of your manuscript in the official conference proceedings. The final presentation format (oral/poster) will be communicated in a follow-up notification.

一、终稿提交/Camera-Ready Submission

Please submit three files: your paper pdf, paper source files and the scanned signed copyright form.

1) paper pdf: use Springer LNCS template and make sure the corresponding author and his/her email are marked;

2) source files: LaTeX or word files. If you submit LaTeX files, please include all associated files and package all files as a zip file;

3)scanned signed copyright form: download from
https://cmsfiles.zhongkefu.com.cn/meeecmsoss/upload/ueditor/20250716/1752633593837270.docx, please fill in necessary information, sign and scan it. It must be signed by the corresponding author. Digital signature is not allowed.

请您提交以下3个材料，

1) 论文最终版本的pdf：论文模板需采用 Springer LNCS Proceedings Templates；论文作者栏中请明确标注通讯作者，并给出通讯作者的邮箱；论文作者的英文写法请统一采用“名在前，姓在后”的写法。

2) 论文源文件：可以是latex源文件或word文件。如提交latex源文件，应包含所有的相关文件，以保证能编译通过。请打包为一个zip。注意源文件和论文pdf应一致。

3) 版权声明

请在这里（https://cmsfiles.zhongkefu.com.cn/meeecmsoss/upload/ueditor/20250716/1752633593837270.docx）下载版权声明文件，将信息填写完整，由通讯作者签字（中英文都可以），扫描后提交。请注意，必须由通讯作者签字；且必须扫描（Springer不支持电子签名）。

三、论文注册/Paper Registration

2025年8月10日前至少一位作者须完成会议注册，注册网址：https://icig.csig.org.cn/2025/，注册类型为 “论文注册/Paper Registration”

At least one author must register for the paper by August 10, 2025 at https://icig.csig.org.cn/2025/. Detailed registration instructions will be provided shortly on the official conference website. 

| Paper Submission

Papers in the main technical program must describe high-quality, original research. Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers in PDF format written in English at the submission website (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICIG2025). Please follow the Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) template (download link), with 10 to 12 pages’ technical content including figures and references. All full-length papers will go through a strict double-blind review process. Accepted papers for presentation at the conference will be included in the Proceedings of ICIG 2025, to be published by Springer’s LNCS series as well as be indexed by EI.The scopes of the conference include but are not limited to:
