ICIG 2025论文录用结果已发布，请按照以下要求完成后续工作以确保论文被收录至会议论文集。此外，最终报告形式（口头/海报）将后续通知。

The review results for ICIG 2025 are now available. Please carefully follow the steps below to ensure the inclusion of your manuscript in the official conference proceedings. The final presentation format (oral/poster) will be communicated in a follow-up notification.

 

一、终稿提交/Camera-Ready Submission

1、格式/Format

请按Springer LNCS格式准备（10-12页，含图表和参考文献）

Please prepare your final manuscript in Springer’s LNCS format (10–12 pages, including figures and references). You can find the template at

https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines.

2、重要提示/Important Notes

需包含作者姓名及单位（不再匿名）,确保数据与投稿完全一致（标题、作者姓名及顺序、单位等），作者姓名必须使用英文格式"GivenName FamilyName"（如"Xiaoming Wang"对应中文"王小明"）

Author names and affiliations must now be included (no longer anonymous). Ensure all metadata matches your submission: title, author names, author order, affiliations, etc. It is extremely important that all author names must be in English, in the format of "GivenName FamilyName". For example, write "Xiaoming Wang", rather than "Wang Xiaoming " or "Wang, Xiaoming" for 王小明。

二、版权协议签署 / Copyright Transfer Form

1、通过投稿系统提交填写完整并签字的版权协议

Submit a completed and signed Springer copyright form through the submission portal.

2、截止日期/Deadline: 2025年7月25日/July 25, 2025

 

三、论文注册/Paper Registration

2025年8月10日前至少一位作者须完成会议注册，注册网址：https://icig.csig.org.cn/2025/，注册类型为 “Paper Registration”

At least one author must register for the paper by August 10, 2025 at https://icig.csig.org.cn/2025/. Detailed registration instructions will be provided shortly on the official conference website.
